Naming documents is all our document technicians do. We call them DOT’S and they undergo 5 days of training before they can start hand coding your pages.
On top of that we use a very clever on line help that ‘senses’ if a document is from Home Depot or an Invoice – and links the DOT to online help with similar pages we have named in the past.
If the DOT should ever have a question, she will simply code the page for review and ask you for guidance on how you would like it done. Once you have answered this question for a vendor or customer our knowledge base expands to include your input. We get better and better every day.

None – the service is a flat 15 cents a page. We do ask you to pay $20 to the DOT’S (Document Technician) to input your list of vendors and customers from your accounting software. That seems fair, they work on piece work per key stroke so they should get paid for setting up your site.
We have family jewelry store that gets dozens of invoices a day from distributors. I didn’t think paperless was for small business, I was wrong. Paperless makes everything easier, lets us spend more time selling.
